Desert and water
The Desert was fighting with the water. The water wanted the Desert to become the sea. So the Desert was fighting to stay the Desert. The Desert was having a war with the water. So it wouldn't become the sea it was like this for many years up until mankind came to destroy it. Because then the water had to fight with the Humans and the Desert to become the leader.
The Humans made it were there was less water so the Water was loosing and the Desert was winning. But then the Humans started destroying the Desert. Then the Humans were winning. Soon after the Desert made an earth quake so big it caused a huge tsunami. That destroyed half of mankind.
Last of all the Humans that lived on the cost dug four mile trenches to stop the Water. Then the Desert was the king of the Humans and the sea but the sea tried to take the Desert and become King.

Congratulations on your first blog post. It's an incredible start, showing the power of Mother Nature over human's desire to control. Eerie and an important reminder. Keep posting!
What started the fight? Was there enough space for them to exist side by side? You've set up a conflict, which is necessary for any good story.
Wow, you've got a great story going. I'll look forward to seeing if there is a part 2. Keep up the good work!
Good story, and a good start for a new blog. Two thumbs up for this one!
Wow, this is a great post. You are right, sometimes the land (Desert), and water, do over power us (Humans). There isn't an end, but we all win, even if it does mean we give up something of our own. Great Start, I hope to read more of your blog posts.
Thanks for the feedback. I like the comments. And yes there will be a part two.

What made you want to write about Desert and Water? I was born in Hawaii - so I love the Sea. The beginning of your story makes me want to know more. Keep those ideas going. Well done!
@Mr_Fines The reason I wrote Desert and Water was because of the huge earth quake and Tsunami in Japan made you think about the battle.

I really like your creativity in this story, it is almost like a why tale. Do you know what that is? Welcome to the world of blogging!
This is a really good start, i'm amazed !
keep up the good work, hope to read part 2 soon :)

Stupendous first start on your blog!
When I read this, it reminded me about how there was an earthquake in Japan (not too long ago), and there was this huge tsunami that wiped out around 20, 000 people.
The forces of nature, the desert and the water, or the power behind the earth and the water, in both cases wiped out large portions of the human society. Where did you get the inspiration for this story? Great job on the post, and I'm looking forward to another post from you soon. Perhaps a sequel is in order?
Congratulations!
